Profile

I'm an aspiring writer with an easily distracted muse who likes to jump from one project to the next at his leisure. Taming him is not a possibility and I've learned (painfully at times) to listen to him.

I like to read everything, but I prefer fiction -- particularly well written, off-the-cuff fiction. My writing style tends to be a bit word heavy, but I'm working to curb that. I'll pretty much write anything, from poetry to abstract, so pegging a specific genre/style is a little difficult. I guess it can be summarized under the broad spectrum of "fiction".

This journal will primarily deal with my novel in the works as well as some personal posts and progress on the getting published portion of my goal.
